​
Jersey Shore - North
Sandy Hook Park (part of Gateway National Recreation Area) – Beaches are open. No picnicking. $15-per-car admission reinstated. Parking at regular levels allowing 4,000 cars at any one time.. Lighthouse, History House and campground closed until at least June 30. Click here for photos.
Sea Bright – Beach is open. Seawall walkway is open. For guarded beaches downtown and at Anchorage Beach, beach badge required (use Viply app for seasonal badge). Seasonal and daily badges available. Other beaches free. Municipal parking is open 9am to 9pm (use mpay2park app.)
Monmouth Beach – Beach and parks are open. Seasonal and daily beach badges available at Bathing Pavilion. Use Viply app for $9 daily beach badge. Lot parking only with seasonal permit.
Long Branch -- Beach, boardwalk, promenade and adjacent bike paths are all open. Plenty of parking available along Ocean Avenue and in and around Pier Village (use mpay2park app). Beach badges required weekends until June 11 and the daily through Labor Day. Use viply app or buy badges at Beach Office at South Bath and Ocean Blvd.
Long Branch/Seven Presidents Park – Beach is open. Parking lot is small. Strongly recommend buying daily beach badge and daily parking pass through viply app.
Deal – Beach is open. Limited daily beach badges available. Non-resident parking available on grass lot on Ocean Avenue by Conover Pavillion.
Allenhurst – Beach and boardwalk are open. Extremely limited parking. Beach badge required. Purchase through viply app or onsite.
Loch Arbour -- Beach is open. Extremely limited parking. Purchase a weekday or weekend daily badge through viply app or at beach office.
Asbury Park -- Beach is open. Boardwalk is open. Face masks/coverings required on Boardwalk. Beach badges required. Number of seasonal and daily passes will be limited so buy in advance through viply app. Restrooms open. Hotels and short-term rentals can start June 25. Plenty of paid metered parking. Download Parkmobile or Asbury PARK app.
Ocean Grove – Beach and Boardwalk are open. Badges required. Purchase through viply or onsite.
Bradley Beach -- Beach and Boardwalk are open. Badges required. Purchase through viply or onsite.
Avon by the Sea -- Beach and Boardwalk are open. Badges required. Check avonbytheseanj.com website for update.
Belmar - Beach and Boardwalk are open but dogs, bikes and skateboards are banned. Beach badges required weekends through June 14 and then daily. Badges available at booths along the Boardwalk. Download Parkmobile app to aid in parking.
Spring Lake -- Beach is open. Boardwalk is open. Badges are required and must be bought in advance at www.springlakeboro.org at picked up at train station office.
Sea Girt - Beach is open. Boardwalk is open. Season beach badges sold out. No daily badges offered.
Manasquan -- Beach is open but no dogs allowed. Check https://www.manasquan-nj.gov/community-pass for updates on beach badges which are required. Municipal parks are closed.
Pt. Pleasant Beach -- Beach and boardwalk are open. Beach badges required. Plenty of parking. Sit-down outdoor dining and lots of Boardwalk dining stands are open plus retail. Batting cages, minature golf and some games open now.
Bay Head – Beach is open. Beach badges required as of June 20 but no daily passes available. Seasonal and half-seasonal passes available at viply.
Mantoloking – Beach is open. Beach badges required as of June 20 but no daily passes available. Seasonal and half-seasonal passes available at badge trailer or mail in via mantoloking.org.
Brick Beaches – Beaches are open. Beach badges required. Daily wristbands available at the beach.
Dover Beaches North/Toms River Township – Beaches are open. Beach badges required on weekends and then daily starting June 20. Badges available at Recreation Administration Office in Toms River or at the beach.
Lavallette - Beach is open. Boardwalk is open. Beach badges required as of June 20.
Ortley Beach/Dover Beaches South – Beaches are open. Beach badges required on weekends and then daily starting June 20. Badges available at Recreation Administration Office in Toms River or at the beach.
Seaside Heights – Beach is open but not swimming. Boardwalk is open with some lots of outdoor dining options and take-out food. Retail stores are open. Seasonal or daily beach badges required and ONLY available through viply app. Use m2pay parking app for parking.
Seaside Park – Beach is open. Boardwalk is open. Beach badges required on weekends only until June 29 and then daily thereafter. Purchase badges at Beach Control Building by the Seaside Park Police Station.
Berkeley Township - Beach is open. Beach badges required on weekends only until June 22 and then daily thereafter
Island Beach State Park – Open except for camping or picnicking. Parking limited. Restrooms and food concessions are closed. At the moment, there are no entry fees, which may continue through Memorial Weekend.
Long Beach Island
Barnegat Light - Beach is open. Badges required. Purchases can be made via viply app or with beach badge checker at the beach.
Harvey Cedars - Beach is open. Badges required weekends. Purchases can be made via viply app or with beach badge checker at the beach.
Surf City -- Beach is open. Badges required starting June 20. Purchase with beach badge checker at the beach.

Ocean City/Corsons Inlet State Park -- Open but with no parking but boats can launch from parking lot. No swimming, camping or picnicking.
Strathmere – Beach is open. Free. Parking at Beesley's Point and free street parking.
Sea Isle City – Beach is open. Promenade is open for walking, running, biking and skating.
Avalon -- Beach is open. No beach tags are required until July 3. Buy badges via viply.
Stone Harbor -- Beach is open. Beach tags available via viply. Municipal Marina is open.
North Wildwood -- Beach and Boardwalk are open. Beaches are free. Hotels are open and short-term rentals are available.

Wildwood Crest – Beach is open. Beaches are free. Bike Path is open for recreation only.
Diamond Beach – Beach is open. Hotels will start booking June 1.
Cape May – Beaches are open but no swimming. Free for Memorial Day. Badges will be required in June and can be purchased on the beach. Promenade is only open for walking and jogging. Hotels, motels and B&Bs are booking rooms. Use Parkmobile app for parking.
Cape May Point – Beaches and Pavilion Circle are open for running, jogging, fishing and walking, but not swimming. Beach tags are required and can be purchased at temporary building behind Borough Hall.
Higebee Beach – Beach is open. Free.
Lower Township/Sunset Point – Beach is open.
